~~RENTALS OF CHAIR COVERS AND TABLECLOTHS~~

How do I place an order?

Very simple!! Click on the book now link from our site and fill out the form and submit.
We will contact you to confirm the booking.

Rental booking must be completed by signing the term and agreement form
that you can fax or scan and e-mail back to us

What is your cancellation policy?

Client can cancel the order and get a total refund if Occasions location-rental is advised at least 21 days before, otherwise the 30% deposit is non refundable.

What are your payment policies?

Occasions location-rental accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Money order. We ask for a 30% deposit after signing the term & agreement document. All orders must be paid in full prior to the delivery date.


Do your chair covers fit most chairs?

Our chair covers would fit the round top (dome) banquet.

Chair sizes:

120" Round Polyester Tablecloth  (60inch table = 5ft)
132" Round Polyester Tablecloth (72inch table = 6ft) 


What are the policies on misplaced or damaged rental items?

If items have not been returned or have been returned in a condition that does not allow further usage, a replacement charge will be applied.

How will my order be processed?

The client needs to fill out the order form and also sign the terms and agreements document. We can also meet with the contact person and go through the whole process and paperwork. If ever the items you require are not available we will contact you immediately.

How does the delivery/ pick up process work?

Occasions location-rental will deliver your order at the destination one business day prior to your function.  And we will pick up at the end of the event (no later then 1 am) or pickup can be done the following day at the destination agreed upon between the contact person and occasion rentals. The delivery & pickup charge is 25$. Extra charges may be applied depending on the local area zone.
To avoid the stress and facilitate in setting up the reception, Occasions location-rental offers the additional service of setup and/ or take down.

Do I have to clean my rented product?

All rentals are not to be laundered by clients.
Simply put all clothes in the nylon bags that we will provide to you

What are favors?

Favors are small gifts given as a gesture of appreciation or gratitude to guests for all kinds of occasions: Weddings, Baby showers, Anniverseries, parties..etc.
At occasions we sell wedding favors designed in North America by Artisano Designs

How can I place my Favor order?
 
Go to Favor section and choose from the selection we offer. Add it to your cart and submit for payment. Order will be processed once payment is through
 
What method of payment can I use?
 
We accepts payment through Paypal. Orders must be prepaid.
 
If I place my order online is my information secure?

Yes, your information is secure. Paypal has a high security standard for the payment card industry.
 
Is there a minimum quantity that I must order for favors?
 
There is no minimum quantities

How long will it take for my favors to ship?


We strive to have your order ship as quickly as possible. we process each order within 1-3 business days, and your order usually ships within 2-7 business days.
 
How will I know my order has shipped?

 
You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order shipped.
 
Do you ship to addresses with a PO Box?

At this time, we do not deliver packages to PO boxes or RR boxes.
 
What is your return policy for favors?

Should you not be satisfied with your order for any reason, Return must be requested within 10 days of the shipping date of the items. If products are damaged, we may require a digital photo of the items in question. At times, the shipping company will be required to investigate and evaluate damage claims.

Returns are easy at Occasions! All you need is a return authorization which can be provided to you, with instructions, upon request by email or by phone.

What is plantable paper?

Plantable paper is special handmade paper embedded with wildflower seeds. When the paper is planted in a pot of soil, wildflowers will grow from the paper.
Please note that because our paper is made by hand, there may be a slight variation in the thickness from sheet to sheet. Due to the post-consumer waste fibre content, a slight variation in the shade of the paper may also occur.

How do I plant it a plantable seed card?

 
To plant a seed card or plantable wedding invitation printed on plantable seed paper, first fill a pot with good-quality potting soil, about 2/3 full. Place the plantable seed paper on top of the soil, trimming to fit. Cover the seed paper with a thin layer of soil and water well, until the soil and seed paper are evenly damp. Place the pot in a location with plenty of sun and keep moist until the plantable paper has germinated, about 7-10 days. Enjoy the wildflowers as they grow and blossom. 
 
What seeds are contained in the plantable paper mix?


The plantable seed paper contains the highest-quality mix of wildflower seeds. All of the seeds are tested for purity and meet the high standards of the United States Department of Agriculture and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The wildflower seed blend in plantable paper includes these species:
    •    Bird's Eye
    •    Clarkia
    •    Black Eyed Susan
    •    Catchfly
    •    Snapdragon
    •    English Daisy
    •    Sweet Alyssum

Is the seed paper fragile?
 
The handmade seed paper is specially made to be strong. We use high-quality beating equipment, a custom-built press to bond fibers together and a special drying system to apply pressure to the paper for an additional 12 hours to complete the bonding of the fibers. These production steps produce a smooth, flat and strong piece of seed paper.

Can the handmade envelopes be mailed?

 
Absolutely! mailing tests have been done which show that the handmade plantable paper envelopes hold up as well as machine-made envelopes. They are a beautiful addition to plantable wedding invitations.
 
Would standard mailing labels and stamps adhere well? Do they need to be removed before planting?
 
We recommend using clear tape to affix labels and stamps. We also recommend removing them before planting the paper.
 
What is the shelf life of your seeded paper?
 
For best germination results, the paper should be planted within 2 years.

How can I place my invitation card order?

 
Go to invitation card section and choose from the invitation cards provided. add in the message you wish to appear on the card and submit.
 
What method of payment can I use?

We accepts payment through Paypal. Orders must be prepaid.
 
Can I make changes to my order once it's been submitted?

 
Once the order has been placed online any changes need to be requested by email, so that we can make the change before your order goes into production. We will always try and accommodate any changes you wish to make to your order whenever possible.

Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?

 
You will receive a proof for your approval prior to your order being printed. you are responisble to ensure that the text and dates that you submit are correct.
 
If I place my order online is my information secure?

Is there a minimum quantity that I must order for custom orders?
 
For invitation cards there is a minimum quantities of 25 required for custom orders.
 
How long will it take for my invitation cards to ship?
 
We strive to have your order ship as quickly as possible. Normally it is shipped three days after customer approves the proof
 
the shipment service is with UPS & FedEx Ground Service and takes 3-7 business days to most destinations within Canada

How will I know my order has shipped?


You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order shipped.

Do you ship to addresses with a PO Box?


At this time, we do not deliver packages to PO boxes or RR boxes.
 
Will I need to sign for my package?

A signature is not required, but you may request it by adding a comment to the web notes box in the checkout process.
 
What is your return policy?
